Experienced Lot Attendant – Action Power Sports (Waukesha, WI)

Location : Waukesha, WI

Position : Full-Time

Starting Pay : $17 / hour

Reports To : Service Manager

Position Overview :

We’re looking for an experienced Lot Attendant to join our energetic service team. This position plays a key role in keeping our lot, inventory, and service operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities :

Move and organize ATVs, boats, trailers, and motorcycles on the lot.

Safely operate forklifts and other equipment to load / unload units.

Maintain a clean, organized lot and service area.

Assist the Service Department with unit staging and setup.

Support the team with deliveries, pickups, and general maintenance tasks.

Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Communicate effectively with the Service Manager and other team members.

Qualifications :

Previous lot attendant or similar experience preferred.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Forklift experience required (certification a plus).

Ability to safely handle and maneuver powersports vehicles.

Strong multitasking and time-management skills.

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude.
