Job Title : Employment & Labor Associate Attorney

Schedule : Monday-Friday (On site- with the potential to move hybrid after training)

Job Type : Full-time (Direct Hire)

Anticipated base salary : $130,000-$160,000

INT Process : Teams Interview, Writing Samples, and Final Interview

Job Responsibilities :

• Work on employment litigation matters of various sizes including individual, class, and PAGA litigation
• Extensive contact with client representatives and opposing counsel
• Assist with workplace investigations
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft pleadings and motions, including dispositive motions
• Draft and respond to discovery and correspondence
