    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or compact state\n
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience\n
  • Required certifications : ACLS, BLS, and PALS or ENPC\n
  • Preferred certifications : TNCC and NRP\n
  • Proficiency with emergency medical equipment (BiPAP, portable ventilator, Lucas device, Ambu bag, Glidescope, Vscan)\n
  • Strong medication admixture and administration skills\n
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and clinical support abilities\n

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency room environment\n
  • Perform emergency procedures and operate advanced ER equipment\n
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including experienced RNs and clinical staff\n
  • Administer medications and monitor patient outcomes\n
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Meditech EMR\n
  • Adapt to rotating weekend shifts and uphold unit protocols\n
  • Foster a positive, ambitious, and self-motivated nursing team culture\n
