Job Details

As a Senior Transactional Commercial Real Estate Attorney, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Senior level experience in commercial real estate sales, financing, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development and drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements
• Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing complex commercial real estate agreements and contracts.
• Representing clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, contract preparation, and finalizing of transactions.
• Advising clients on debt and equity financing matters, and structuring and negotiating financial terms.
• Collaborating with other attorneys and professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client service.
• Keeping abreast of current trends and legal developments in commercial real estate law and advising clients accordingly.
• Engaging in business development activities to expand the firm's client base and reputation in the commercial real estate sector.
