People | Excellence | Change | Integrity | Co-prosperity We are currently seeking Supply Chain Specialist. The Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for key processes including Demand Planning to manage (Total) Weeks of Supply and Channel Inventory, drive PSI process with Product Managers and Key Account Managers, and oversee logistical process with Supply Chain and factory teams for timely delivery.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare material for Demand Planning (PSI) and business update meetings in which critical supply and demand issues are discussed for decisions
• Perform planning to secure sales and production visibility through improvement and stabilization of logic that provides Return to Forecast (RTF)
• Analyze problems in the Supply Chain by managing mid to long-term demand and resources in advance in order to establish optimal supply chain
• Perform supply management with consideration for lead time of each country / region in order to prevent and manage aging stock in conjunction with the sales team
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $84,000 and $104,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
