The Material Handler must be able to follow established guidelines and procedures during the performance of day-to-day, routine tasks and may direct and coordinate the activities of other workers engaged in handling material to be shipped or being received.What You Will Do

• Track and maintain material through various programs such as Excel and other HII programs.
• Receive deliveries as required
• Maintain signed and completed DD Form 1149 and packing slip folder for GFE (Government Furnished Equipment).
• Prepare kitting packages for assembly production.
• Package shipments for delivery per program requirements
• Assist in processing / monitoring shipping requests and work with various shipping companies to schedule and deliver shipments per program requirements.
• Provide daily reports of material received to appropriate parties.What We Are Looking For : Minimum Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 0 years experience.
• Basic Understanding of Inventory Management and have accountability of all items received.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel.
• Possess the ability to obtain a forklift license.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Program Managers, Production Managers, Production Lead and co-workers is important.
• Be able to lift up to 50 LBS. and stand for an extended period of time.
• A current valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain a DoD secret level clearance.Preferred : Bonus Points For
• Have a valid forklift license
