Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager , located in Cincinnati, OH. This role is dedicated to a single, high-priority client , serving as the lead for campaign measurement, reporting, and performance insight across all channels.

The role requires strong expertise in marketing analytics and reporting , with the ability to create clarity from complexity. This is a hands-on role—owning dashboards, analyzing results, and telling the performance story in a way that drives smarter decisions and better outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting and analytics for media campaigns across channels (paid social, search, programmatic, print, OOH, etc.).
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that highlight performance against KPIs.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
• Partner with media managers to optimize campaigns based on findings.
• Develop and maintain measurement methodologies that tie activity to business results.
• Present performance results and insights to client stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Stay current on analytics tools, attribution models, and industry best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and elevate analytic rigor across the team.
