As the Director of Technology in Portfolio Operations at Capital One, you will lead strategic initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee the quality and organization of portfolio management events for optimal performance.

Bachelor's Degree.Minimum of 7 years in process, project, or program management.At least 5 years of experience in people management.Preferred Qualifications :
Master's Degree.7+ years of people management experience.5+ years leading product or application development.Relevant certifications such as CSM, PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma.Experience with Jira configuration and deployment.Proven track record in operational effectiveness and portfolio management.This role is based in McLean, VA, with a competitive salary range of $226,000 - $257,900.
