What You’ll Do as an Assistant Center Sales Manager

As the Assistant Center Sales Manager, you’re the right hand to the Center Director and the go-to leader when they’re away. You’ll lead from the front desk, coach your team, and keep everything running smoothly, beautifully, and profitably.

In this role, you will :

• Own the vibe at the front desk ensuring every guest experience is polished, professional, and unforgettable
• Lead and motivate Guest Sales Associates to meet and exceed service, retail, and Wax Pass goals
• Coach in real-time helping your team grow their skills, close sales, and connect with confidence
• Assist with daily operations including scheduling, inventory, payroll support, and team check-ins
• Step up as the acting leader when the Center Director is out keeping the team aligned and on point
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solution-first mindset
• Keep the center spotless, stocked, and ready to wow guests
• Collaborate with Wax Specialists and leadership to drive revenue and deliver next-level service
• Participate in training sessions, marketing efforts, and monthly team huddles
• Lead by example : you’re not just talking about goals, you’re hitting them too
