Responsibilities
Assist in cardiovascular procedures ensuring patient safety and equipment readiness.
Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies during procedures.
Maintain and calibrate cardiovascular equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Collaborate with surgical team to provide seamless patient care during operations.
Stay updated with the latest cardiovascular technologies and techniques.
Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for personal and team growth.
Document patient information and procedure details accurately for medical records.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
Provide patient education on post-operative care and recovery.
Contribute to team meetings and provide insights for process improvements.
Manage inventory of surgical supplies and ensure availability for procedures.
Experience / Qualifications
Certification as a Cardiovascular Technologist or equivalent is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years experience in cardiovascular procedures in a clinical setting.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Ability to monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies effectively.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining cardiovascular equipment.
Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
Commitment to professional development and staying updated with industry advancements.
Proven track record of achieving targets in a high-visibility environment.
Demonstrated ability to analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Strong organizational skills to manage surgical supplies inventory.
