The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day. The objective of the US Consumer Services Governance and Change Management team is to establish the Operational Risk and Controls strategy for US Consumer Services, set up a foundational governance structure that ensures operational risks are identified, assessed, and managed in compliance with enterprise Operational Risk Management programs and reporting. This individual will be responsible for driving business unitlevel risk management practices that align with enterprise strategy and governance. This role will lead the execution of change management initiatives to ensure risks associated with major transformations, new products, or system changes are effectively managed. The individual will also lead the development of a business unit risk appetite framework and support risk identification and assessment processes. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical and facilitation skills with an ability to partner cross-functionally, serving as a trusted advisor to business leadership and a connector between risk, operations, and change governance.

Core Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain change risk governance policies, standards, and procedures that align with enterprise frameworks.
• Establish change risk assessment processes, including evaluation of potential risks within the scope of the BU risk appetite.
• Design, implement, and maintain a business unitlevel risk appetite framework aligned with enterprise policies and standards.
• Define key risk indicators (KRIs), thresholds, and escalation processes to monitor adherence to risk appetite.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Risk, Finance, and business leadership to embed risk appetite into planning, decision-making, and performance management cycles.
• Lead or facilitate risk identification and assessment workshops with senior business stakeholders.
• Create presentations and materials which are concise and clear for communication with senior leadership and multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support internal and external exam fieldwork, as required.

Salary Range : $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually bonus benefits. The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
