Title : Marketing Strategist
Location : Richmond, VA (hybrid)
Alternate Locations : McLean, VA, New York, NY or Wilmington, DE
Duration : 14 months, possibility of extension or conversion
Responsibilities :
- Successfully partner with and learn from more senior team members
- Become autonomous in the strategic development and execution of marketing campaigns in the mobile app
- Lead new creative development for in-app marketing placements in partnership with internal creative teams
- Partner with SFMC teams to strategically build campaign audiences and customer journeys
- Leverage understanding of full marketing funnel to coordinate campaigns and messaging within the app that align to higher-level messaging strategies
- Successfully work with partner and product teams to develop and execute on campaigns that help to successfully drive product performance in-app
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the campaign lifecycle
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and identify / execute opportunities for in-flight enhancements
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or military experienceAt least 2 years experience in product marketingAt least 2 years experience planning, executing and analyzing marketing programsAt least 2 years driving creative strategy and developing optimization frameworksAt least 2 years experience with mapping out, planning and managing customer journeysKnowledge of / has worked in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Customer Data Platforms or other marketing automation platformsPreferred Qualifications :
2+ years of experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry2+ years of marketing journey orchestration experienceEEO :
