Position Overview
This position can be based in Denver, CO; Ashburn, VA; London, UK in alignment with our flexible work policy (3 days in office, 2 remote). This position is also open to remote in the U.S.
As the Global Compensation Program Advisor, you will be a key contributor to Vantage's global compensation strategy by driving employee understanding and engagement with our compensation philosophy, programs, and policies. In this role, you will lead efforts to communicate and educate employees and people leaders across all regions, ensuring transparency, consistency, and alignment with our total rewards approach.

Additional Details
Salary Range : $90,000 - $100,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)
This position is eligible for company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.
Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
