Trailside Oaks Apartments is looking for a leasing consultant!

Avita is a growing Multi-Family Management Company, and we don't believe you need to have 10+ years of experience to be a valuable asset to a team. We are willing and ready to train you and mold you into a stellar Leasing Consultant. Giving you the opportunity to move your way up to managing your own project with Avita!

Meeting the Metrics

With our guidance and mentoring you will need to be able to :

• Exceed our occupancy goals per property of 94%-96%
• Increase and begin to excel your budget and financial comprehension through our other income reporting task
• Submit for approval all new lease applications within 48 hours
• Perform customer service tasks that include, birthday program, chalkboard welcome program, move in gift and ribbon cutting with all new move ins, host monthly resident functions and more!
• Provide a unique brand of service to all our residents and potential residents
