Salary Range : $115,000.00 To $125,000.00 Annually
Summary :
Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, the Manager of Behavioral Health Services is primarily responsible for providing LCSW therapy services, as well as administrative supervision and support (e.g. : client oversight, case consultation, timecard approval, productivity reports) for agency-wide mental health services and staff, including LCSW providers, and Behavioral Health Case Managers. The Behavioral Health Services Manager position is an integral part of the management team and successfully collaborates with colleagues to ensure overall program and agency effectiveness. The Behavioral Health Services Manager is accountable for ensuring delivery of exceptional services that are focused on the client needs while also upholding TVFS and DMH standards. The Behavioral Health Services Manager is also responsible for ensuring accurate billing and documentation. The Behavioral Health Services Manager is responsible for improving the overall program and using LCSW and administrative knowledge to improve the way services are delivered and documented.
