Paralegal - Licensing

A company is looking for a Paralegal - Licensing to assist in legal research and documentation related to mortgage servicing.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and prepare documents for mortgage servicing litigation and licensing

Collaborate with attorneys and compliance professionals to manage mortgage servicing licenses across multiple states

Maintain records and assist in gathering data for internal and external attorney requests

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required

3+ years of paralegal / legal administrative assistant experience in a law firm or corporate legal department

Paralegal certification preferred

Advanced technical skills in relevant software and internet-based technologies
