Print Production Coordinator | $ 2 3 .00 - $25.00 | 8am – 5pm / Day Shift / Onsite / 2 -3 Month- Contract

Job Summary

Print Production Coordinator will set up and operate digital print equipment for various projects for this organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Candidates must be able to set-up files for printing, color calibrating and imposition.
  • Prepare files for print production, checking fonts, inks and colors.
  • Communicate courteously with clients to assist them with the creation of print jobs.
  • Complete bindery, cutting, folding and large format. Actual production of finished products, from digital presses to wide formal printers, as needed. Excellent time management skills. Should be able to handle multiple tasks and aggressive / last minute deadlines with minimal supervision and attention to detail. Work both independently and as a member of a team. Working with and manipulating PDF files. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • General shop maintenance, as needed. Ability to ad as back up for the mail room to include running postage machine, assisting with users finding delivered packages and mail distribution (by mail boxes, not hand delivery).

    • Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and aggressive / last minute deadlines with minimal supervision and attention to detail.
  • Work both independently and as a member of a team. Working with and manipulating PDF files. Excellent organizational and communication skills. General shop maintenance, as needed,
  • 2-3 years of related experience in print productions, bindery etc.
  • Must be computer literate with experience in a high volume fast past environment

    The base pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00 per hr, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
