MD or DO candidates

Internal Medicine residency completion required from an accredited ACGME program

Board certified candidates only

Masters degree (MBA, MPH or equivalent) preferred.

Current Texas license helpful

Familiarity with EPIC (EMR) helpful

Five years experience as a Hospitalist medical director, associate medical director, or other leadership position within a Hospitalist group.

Relational / collaborative leadership, operational acumen, strategic thinker with the ability to execute key initiatives.
