What you will do :

• You'll be the driving force behind a best-in-class workplace, ensuring every operational detail is flawless. Your main responsibilities will include :
• Lead and Develop the Team : Manage, mentor, and inspire the Hamburg-based Office Management Team, setting clear goals, providing feedback, and fostering a positive, high-performing spirit.
• Run a Modern Office : Oversee all daily office operations and processes to guarantee a smooth, efficient, and inspiring environment for our 400+ people.
• Be Hands-On : Roll up your sleeves and actively support the team with daily tasks, demonstrating a true hands-on mentality.
• Manage Key Partnerships : Coordinate and manage all suppliers, service providers, and contractors (e.g., cleaning, facility partners, catering) to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Drive Process Excellence : Identify, own, and execute process optimization and scalability initiatives as applike group continues its hyper-growth in Hamburg and globally.
• Execute Memorable Events : Plan, organize, and execute company-wide and team events, including Summer and Winter Parties, quarterly teambuilding, and team lunches, ensuring they are fun and engaging.
• Global Support : Potentially support the establishment and setup of new office locations around the globe as we expand.
