Position Summary

The Leasing Consultant is the community’s sales representative whose primary duties are to greet clients, professionally present the features and benefits of their assigned community and properly secure lease agreements from qualified persons. Magnolia's Dallas-Fort Worth portfolios are growing and we are looking for an energetic candidate for our newest (55 + Active) Lease-up Property,"The Lux at Lewisville", located in Lewisville, Texas .

• Lease Commission available on top of hourly rate

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Conducts all business in accordance with Magnolia’s policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other Federal and State laws.

Qualifications

Education / Certification

§ High School Diploma or equivalent, 2 year degree or higher preferred.

Experience

1 to 2 - Years of Leasing consultant experience

Expected Hours of Work

Hours for this position will be Monday Thru Friday! 40 hour work week scheduled to be expected. Physical presence at Magnolia properties is required to perform the duties of this position.
