Responsibilities
Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Develop, monitor, and control project budgets and schedules
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow
Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify potential risks or conflicts
Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports
Lead and mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
Ensure all safety and quality standards are met or exceeded
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
Experience with ground-up, renovation, or tenant improvement projects
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
