Essential Tasks and Responsibilities

Serves as a preceptor and day-to-day go to for all staff level personnel
Ensures clinical staff are in-service with equipment and procedures
Monitors, orders and receives inventory and orders for medications and supplies
Assists Practice Administrator with various practice clerical functions such as patient care issues, practice invoices, employee issues, employee schedules and time submissions, etc.
Provides feedback to Practice Administrator on staff performance and work schedules.
