General Summary

This position is responsible for providing plant oversight for cost and engineering activities that facilitates the efficient progress of plant operations and assures compliance with regulatory agencies. This role supports locations in Bakersfield and Eastern Sierras.

Essential Job Accountabilities

Staff Training / Development

• Meet with plant operations team to review operational plans and KPIs
• Work with plant operations team to set clear goals / KPIs
• Assist engineers in achieving their goals
• Ensure the team receives appropriate data on a regular basis to make high-quality decisions based upon Granite's position, market strategy, and profit levers for each site

Base salary range : $93,729.00 - $140,595.00. Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
