Thriveworks is excited to welcome provisionally licensed individuals pursuing Maryland Licensure as an LCPC to join our team!

What We're Looking For

We are actively searching for provisionally licensed clinicians in Maryland who are eager to make a positive impact in the mental health field. Key qualities include :

  • Availability for full-time work (at least 30 hours / week, with a minimum of 25 client visits and 5 hours for administration and supervision).
  • Experience as behavioral health generalists, open to working with couples and children with our assistance.
  • A commitment to integrity, openness, and delivering high-quality care.
  • Residence within 45 minutes of our Silver Spring, MD office, with the ability to initially work onsite during the probationary period.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to enhance work-life balance.

Qualifications :

  • Residency and active pursuit of licensure in the state where services are provided.
  • Completion of an approved 60-credit hour program.
  • Approved by the board as an LGPC (Graduate).
  • Experience in a counseling environment addressing depression and anxiety is essential.
  • Experience with intakes and diagnoses (preferred) according to DSM-5, under a licensed supervisor.

    • Compensation :

    Our compensation package includes up to $56,000, based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
