Salary Range : $75000-$100000

Job Summary

The Appearance Recon Manager oversees all aspects of the dealerships appearance and reconditioning operations. This includes managing the buff and touch-up technicians PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) technicians light auto body technicians PPF (Paint Protection Film) and Tint technicians digital merchandisers and bed liner operations. This role ensures efficient workflow quality control and timely completion of reconditioning and customer pay appearance work.

Key Responsibilities

• Begin the day in the light auto body area to review workload progress and priorities with the team.
• Collect vehicle keys and write estimates for used car managers requiring appearance or light body estimates.
• Review and distribute work to appropriate departments (buff / touch-up PDR PPF / Tint bedliners).
• Follow up with each operation throughout the day to ensure steady workflow and productivity.
• Monitor progress of vehicles through the recon process to ensure on-time completion.
