Headquartered in Austin TX with remote teams across the nation, we are a booming software company with a unique cloud cost optimization platform! Due to growth and demand for our services, we are urgently looking for an Onboarding Specialist with FinOps experience to join our diverse and growing team.

You will guide new customers through a seamless onboarding journey, leveraging FinOps expertise to ensure fast time-to-value. You’ll simplify cloud cost optimization into actionable steps, manage technical setups, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to refine processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own end-to-end onboarding for a positive customer experience.
Support cloud-specific technical configurations and integrations.
Partner with teams to ensure smooth handoffs and process improvements.
Standardize and enhance onboarding playbooks for scalability.

WHO YOU ARE

Cloud cost optimization practitioner experience with AWS, Azure, and / or GCP.

Excellent communication, translating technical concepts for business audiences.

Organized, detail-oriented, with strong project management skills.

Proactive problem-solver, comfortable with financial / usage data and spreadsheets.

Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
