Nexus-FACTS is excited to add a full time or part time hybrid Community Based Therapist for its new 180 Degrees program! This is a hybrid, community-based position between two shelter locations (Brittany’s Place and Hope House) and the Mendota Heights office with some work remotely at home.

Location, Schedule and Pay :

• Full-time, 40 hours per week OR part-time evenings / weekends
• Schedule Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm or 11am-7pm generally for FT or evenings / weekends for PT
• Fully licensed candidates (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW) : $70-80k yearly for FT, $33-38 per hour for PT
• Mendota Heights, MN
• This is a hybrid position requiring in person, remote, and travel between sites

Position Summary : The Community-Based Therapist provides mental health therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families in homes, community settings, via telehealth, and at Nexus Family Healing offices. Using a trauma-informed, strength-based approach, the therapist delivers individualized care through evidence-based models like EMDR, DBT, TFCBT, and Systemic Family Therapy.
