Mechanical Project Manager
$80,000 to $120,000 + Bonus + Vehicle + Commissions

We’re seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial construction projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage full lifecycle of mechanical construction projects : planning, execution, and closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Oversee installation of HVAC, Boilers, Chillers, process piping, and mechanical systems per engineering specifications.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and local building codes
- Conduct site visits, progress meetings, and client updates
- Resolve field issues and maintain accurate project documentation
