Commercial Litigation Associate (PA & NJ Licensed)

Location : Philadelphia, PA

Our client is a respected boutique law firm specializing in complex business disputes. Known for its courtroom tenacity and transactional savvy, the firm has deep roots in commercial litigation and a growing presence in whistleblower, construction, and dispute resolution matters.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Commercial Litigation Associate licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This role offers hands-on litigation experience and the opportunity to work closely with partners on high-stakes matters. Ideal candidates will be ready to take an active role in managing a dynamic caseload.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and discovery documents
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
• Prepare and respond to written discovery requests
• Manage electronic discovery, including document production and review
• Support deposition preparation and second-chair trials
• Collaborate with partners on complex commercial litigation cases
