The Opportunity :

Youll oversee a portfolio of 20 commercial properties across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. This is a newly created role with direct exposure to the asset management team and strong potential for long-term growth as more properties transition to internal management.

What Youll Do :

• Manage day-to-day operations, maintenance, and vendor relationships across a multi-property portfolio
• Oversee budgets, financial statements, operating expenses, and CAPEX projects
• Review and interpret commercial lease terms and tenant obligations
• Collaborate closely with ownership and asset management to enhance property value
• Deliver exceptional tenant service and respond to property-related issues as they arise
