Facilities Technician
Responsible for cleaning hangars, equipment, perform janitorial services, ground maintenance and routine preventive maintenance across entire Western Aircraft campus.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Cleans hangar floors and related equipment
- Performs janitorial services as required
- Maintains a daily cleaning schedule
- Performs grounds maintenance as directed by Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
- Detects and reports defective materials and / or questionable conditions
- Maintains common work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
- Follows prescribed safety regulations
- Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machinery and building or grounds as required
- Empties trash and removes recycling materials
- Maintains outside walk areas including sweeping debris and washing walkways
- Cleans and polishes fixtures
- Tracks and orders maintenance supplies
- Performs other duties as assigned
