Job Purpose :

Lead the planning and execution of DHL Supply Chain’s Global Enterprise Architecture strategy, aligning regional IT initiatives with global standards. Own and manage the Enterprise Architecture Management System (EAMS), enabling data-driven decision-making across the IT landscape. Drive productization and standardization to enhance global IT efficiency, reusability, and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Enterprise Architecture & IT Standardization
• Manage the global IT Product Catalog and Solution Portfolio.
• Guide regional teams in aligning with global architecture standards.
• Oversee EAMS operations and stakeholder engagement.
• Report EA KPIs and transformation progress to senior leadership.
• Domain Roadmaps & Target Architecture
• Define and execute EA transformation processes.
• Develop domain-specific roadmaps and target architecture plans.
• Lead migration strategies and track transformation KPIs.
• Productization & Product Management
• Establish global standards for product onboarding and readiness.
• Support regional and global teams in product rationalization.
• Promote strategic product reuse and standardization.

Job Description

This role is responsible for directing IT project management staff, knowledge, skills, tools, and

techniques to IT project activities in order to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of all projects

stakeholders – including the customer. This includes the management of critical project components

including project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resource, communications, risk, and

procurement through all phases of the systems life cycle.

Responsible for the coordinated management of a portfolio of projects to achieve a set of specific

business objectives not available from managing projects individually. Directs programs from original

concept, through IT solution definition and design to final implementation. Interfaces with all areas

affected by the program including executive levels. Directs program strategy and objectives. Provides

senior oversight of detailed work plans, schedules, program estimates, resource plans, and status

reports. Directs program meetings, program tracking and analysis. Directs the review of program

deliverables. Provides project management guidance and oversight to project teams. Provides IT

thought leadership and continuous improvement for overall IT delivery performance. Communicates with IT Vice President and above regarding status of specific programs.

Required Education and Experience

Education -

Required - Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a relevant business or technical subject.

Desired – Masters Degree or equivalent in a relevant business or technical subject.
