Key Responsibilities
Sell "Rewards Infrastructure in a Box" to Web3 projects for instant access to merchants
Drive the partnership pipeline by identifying and closing deals with blockchain projects and DeFi protocols
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to post-partnership support
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in Strategy Consulting at a top-tier firm
3-4+ years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 1+ years in the Web3 / DeFi ecosystem
Understanding of Web3 infrastructure, DeFi protocols, and related technologies
Experience with SDK / API business models and developer-focused strategies
Established connections in the Web3 ecosystem, particularly with DeFi protocols and blockchain teams
