Providence Place of Collegeville is looking for an experienced LPN to join our Community in our Secured Memory Support Neighborhood. Our focus is on resident quality of life. The LPN provides and ensures quality resident care and the promotion of resident wellness. They provide direct nursing services to the residents for optimal health and safety.

Schedule :

  • 6 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM Full Time
  • Per Diem positions also available. Requirements are 2 weekend shifts per month plus one summer and one winter Holiday

  • Leadership skills
  • Adaptable and flexible

    • Minimum qualifications :

  • Current Pennsylvania LPN license
  • CPR certified
  • Prefer minimum of one year experience in assisted living / personal care or other health care.
