We have a generous retirement plan with 10% guaranteed and up to 5% discretionary provided by the company annually once eligibility is met, with no minimum required contributions out of your pocket. This position can be physically located out of Fargo, ND, Sioux Falls, SD, Rapid City, SD, or Bismarck, ND.

Responsibilities :

• Help guide and make decisions on questions from Aftermarket teams to ensure alignment with company policy and procedure for consistency purposes.
• Support customer maintenance contracts and machine health to include contract invoicing, managing financials, scheduling services, and write recommendations on identified issues.
• Review KPIs for consistent performance and process improvement.
• Provide training to associates on new and existing processes.
• Works with management and product support to initiate and execute improvement projects.
• Collaborates with data analysts to analyze data and create reports that business decisions can be derived from.
• Works within and promotes vision, mission, and values of BMC.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
