What You'll Be Doing

• Schedule and dispatch concrete deliveries to meet customer demands and optimize fleet efficiency
• Communicate effectively with drivers, plant personnel, and customers to ensure timely service
• Monitor real-time delivery progress and adjust schedules as needed
• Use dispatch software and systems to manage orders and logistics
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, issues, and customer interactions
