Senior Brand Manager
Purpose and Scope / General Summary : We are seeking a strategic & execution-focused Senior Brand Manager to join our team at Pilgrims! The S enio r Brand Manager would have ownership and responsibility for building four exciting brands in a highly entrepreneurial environment. This role will drive brand planning integrated communications and innovation initiatives and is pivotal in shaping the brands long-term vision and short-term execution across multiple channels and teams.
Responsibilities :
Serve as a key contributor to the 3-Year Plan (3YP) and 1-Year Plan (1YP).
Act as the lead point of contact for Integrated Agency Teams (IAT).
Partner with Insights to lead research on consumer targeting marketing product optimization product development and brand-building initiatives.
Oversee short-term and mid-term innovation and commercialization efforts.
Tracks performance and KPIs adjusting plans as needed Own the annual marketing budget and Statements of Work (SOWs).
