ICU RN Job Details Location : Lima, OH 45801 Assignment Length : 13-week travel contract Start Date : November 17, 2025 End Date : February 14, 2026 Shift : 12-hour night shifts Hours per Week : 36 Unit : 24-bed ICU (overflow up to 36 beds) Patient Ratios : 1 : 2-3 (subject to staffing) Scheduling : Every other weekend and holiday; block and self-scheduling available Employment Type : Travel RN, W2 Estimated Weekly Pay : $1,880 - $2,020 ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or compact state Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience Successful completion of dysrhythmia exam (study guide provided) BLS and ACLS certifications (ACLS required within 6 months of hire) Proficiency with Alaris pumps, ventilators, CPAP / BiPAP, and pressors Preferred : Experience with IABP, EVD, ICP, TVP, CRRT, Impella, SWAN, ECMO Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills Ability to float to all levels of care as needed Willingness to work every other weekend and holiday ICU RN Responsibilities Deliver and coordinate patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans Administer medications and operate advanced life-support equipment Conduct hemodynamic monitoring and manage critically ill patients with multi-system organ failure or trauma Serve as a key contact for patient care coordination and family communication Participate in ongoing quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Float to other nursing units as needed to support facility-wide patient care Maintain professionalism, compassion, and adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare environment Apply now to join our Lima, Ohio healthcare team and take the next step in your ICU nursing career!
