Job descriptionOn-call requirements : 4 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM (weekends and select weekdays) Call Ratio : Potential for 1-2 weekday calls as needed when not on a call weekend Patient Demographics : Adults (ages 18 and up) Level of Care : Trauma Level 1 facility Bed Count : Total facility capacity of 370 beds with 50 ICU beds Team Composition : Seven cardiologists on staff, with other cardiologists available for support during locum coverage Documentation System : EPIC EMR Board Certification : Cardiology (REQUIRED) Licensure : Active Ohio license, or willingness to obtain one (REQUIRED) Certifications : ACLS and BLS (REQUIRED) Treadmill Stress Tests Electrical Cardioversions Transesophageal Echocardiography Echocardiography Electrocardiograms (EKGs) Chemical Stress Tests MRI / CT reads (if applicable) Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 30-90 days Travel Reimbursement : Presentation Requirements : Contact information and availability NPI and / or license number Malpractice / background documentation References, if available
