Job Details :

Pay : $ 2480 per week

Travel : Physical Therapist (PT)

Position Open : 1

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 8-4 : 30; There will be a minimum of (1) Saturday / month required to work during assignment.

Weekend Hours : Rotational

Weekly Guaranteed Hours : 40

Facility Setting? CARF accredited ARU within hospital; 20 beds, but we will fill 16 beds

Will position be required to float to other units? If necessary

Number of Beds : 20

EMR for your facility : EPIC

Scrub colors / dress code :   Caribbean Green

Requirements :

Active Unrestricted IN License

BLS certification - required

Preferred Skillset / Experience : 1 year of experience

New grads are welcome

Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
