This is an exciting travel-heavy role (75%) , giving you the opportunity to work with top-tier clients, install high-tech commercial AV solutions , and gain valuable certifications—at no cost to you!

What You’ll Do :
Install Commercial AV & IT Systems – Set up AV components, computers, and supporting cable infrastructure in client environmentsAssemble & Wire AV Equipment Racks – Ensure all AV solutions meet engineering standards and high-quality expectationsTroubleshoot & Commission Systems – Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning AV systems before project hand offCable Management & Installation – Handle low-voltage cabling, terminations, and structured wiringClient Site Representation – Work with customers on-site , ensuring top-notch service and professionalismFollow Procedures & Safety Protocols – Adhere to best practices for AV installation, documentation, and system configurationWhat We’re Looking For :
AV Installation Experience – Background in low-voltage AV projects (hospitality, surveillance, tele-data, or related fields)Technical Proficiency – Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and networking principlesAbility to Read & Interpret Diagrams – Experience with AV wiring diagrams & system design drawings (preferred)CTS Certification Ready – Must obtain InfoComm CTS certification within 6 months (paid for by the company!)Willingness to Travel – 75% travel required , including occasional trips to Canada (valid passport required!)Professional & Detail-Oriented – Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsLocation : Client Sites Across the U.S. & Canada (Must have a valid passport)
Pay Rate : $22 - $25 per hour + Overtime
Training & Growth : Company-paid CTS certification within 6 months
