Key Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

• Visiting customers' homes for installations and servicing DISH equipment and smart home devices.
• Educating customers on how to use their technology and suggesting additional services as appropriate.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor and a clean work area while working independently yet staying connected with your team.

Qualifications:

What You'll Need:

• Valid Driver's License: Clean driving record required.
• Flexible Schedule: Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical Abilities:
  • Capability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft).
  • Ability to lift objects weighing up to 70 lbs.
  • Must adhere to a 335 lb weight limit for safety.
• Customer Focus: A commitment to building trust and providing outstanding experiences.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address and resolve various challenges independently.
• Determination and Adaptability: Resilience in overcoming obstacles in tight spaces and adverse weather conditions.
