Job Title : Commissioning Owner's Representative

Contract : 12-Month Contract + extensions

Onsite in Haskell, TX

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of commissioning experience
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering
• Proven ability to lead medium-sized teams (5–10 people), delegate tasks, and break down goals
• Skilled in project scheduling : can read schedules, identify gaps, and accelerate timelines under pressure
• Ability to coordinate contractors and CXA, dig into requirements, and maintain a rational, big-picture approach
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; comfortable presenting to groups and taking initiative
• Self-sufficient and proactive in driving project progress
• Experience with large-scale projects
• Proficient in Primavera P6, spreadsheets, and Gantt chart interpretation
• Ability to read between the lines of schedules and adjust sequencing / resources as needed
