How Youll Make a Difference

As an Assistant General Manager (AGM), you will support the daily operations of Lava Island, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while leading a dedicated team within your areaeither Kitchen, Park, or Events . You are the on-site leader during operating hours, often the only manager on duty, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
