This position is flexible remote, meaning some in person and some through Telehealth. Looking for the right fit to work with our team! We have immediate openings for LCSW, LCPC, LGPC, and LGSW therapists : Keep your current position and start as a part-time therapist with afternoon and evening hours. Then transition into a full-time position once your caseload is full. This gives us both an opportunity to get to know each other and make sure this is a good fit! Or we can start you as a full-time therapist as well. We are flexible and work with you!

Responsibilities :

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation including additional diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client sessions per week
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training

Founded in 2015 by two clinicians in Minnesota, Ellie strives to remove many of the daily obstacles and administrative aspects that get in the way of a successful and enjoyable time running your own practice. Ellie prioritizes the clinician's experience by offering centralized administrative support, excellent compensation, benefits, training, and flexible scheduling. Compensation : $44.00 - $60.00 per hour
