Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care (Outpatient, Seniors)

Location : Montgomery, AL

We're seeking an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join a new, innovative outpatient center dedicated to senior patients (65+) in Montgomery, AL. This role offers the chance to build lasting patient relationships and be part of a supportive, team-based care model.

Job Highlights :

Outpatient-only position - no nights, weekends, or call

Senior patient panel (65+)

Monday-Friday clinic hours

Small panel sizes that allow for quality, relationship-based care

Collaborative, multidisciplinary care team

Cloud-based EMR and innovative technology tools

State-of-the-art, community-based facility

Experience Needed :

2-3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience preferred

Experience working with older adult populations

Background in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Geriatrics welcome

Managed care experience a plus
