Laboratory Technician

Payrate : $22.00 - $22.00 / hr. Summary : The Level I Technician is responsible for supporting research and development activities by conducting trials and experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing reports on moderately complex assignments or projects. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work independently within established processes and protocols. Key Responsibilities : Lead and perform research activities, experiments, and data collection. Analyze and report findings from trials or experiments. Apply technical knowledge in daily tasks following established procedures. Plan, prioritize, and execute assigned work independently, making basic technical decisions. Train and / or coach other permanent or temporary employees as required. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical certification or post-graduate training preferred. Experience in a quality or manufacturing environment required. Prior lab equipment experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required. Pay Transparency : The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is : $22.00 - $22.00 / hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
