About the Role

Were looking for a dedicated BCBA to join our clinical team. Youll assess clients, design treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate closely with families to help children succeed. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and opportunities for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments (e.g., FBAs, skill assessments)
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals
• Train, supervise, and support behavior technicians (BTs and RBTs)
• Monitor client progress through data review and observations
• Lead caregiver training and provide ongoing family support
• Collaborate with other professionals (teachers, therapists, etc.)
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with BACB standards
• Stay up to date with ABA best practices and contribute to team training
