Position Overview

The role involves managing a diverse caseload, including general surgery, orthopedics, and approximately 800 obstetric deliveries annually. Proficiency in regional anesthesia is highly valued, and the practice encourages autonomy while providing robust support from a skilled team of CRNAs and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver anesthesia care across a varied caseload, including obstetric and general procedures, in a collaborative team model.

Apply advanced regional anesthesia techniques to optimize patient comfort and recovery.

Participate in a balanced 1 : 5 call schedule, with post-call days off and CRNA support during call.

Foster strong relationships with surgical teams to ensure seamless, high-quality care delivery.

Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of patient care and anesthesia plans.

Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment through effective communication and collaboration.
