Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide services for a K-12 school setting in Odessa, DE. This is a maternity leave contract position running from August 26, 2025, through November 17, 2025. The caseload primarily involves working with preschool students on the autism spectrum.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for preschool-aged children with autism
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Qualifications :

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Experience or eligibility in pediatrics and school-based settings
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
  • Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and related interventions
